C++ Unreal Engine Developer

We’re an ambitious and creative startup making avatar wearables interoperable across metaverses, games, and social media. We’re building towards the decentralized future of the Internet, where decision-making belongs to users rather than CEO’s.

We are looking for an outstanding C++ developer to join our product team to design, develop and maintain SDK compatible with the Unreal Engine.

You will be a key member on the product team and you will need to collaborate with the rest of the product team to model out how final designs will look in different metaverse and games.

Essential Skills:

• You have 2+ years experience in C++ development.

• You have a thorough knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.

• Understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles and design patterns. Able to break down and structure tasks.

• You have experience in game development in Unreal Engine.

• Experience with source code control tools (e.g., Git).

• Collaborative and open-minded individual who is motivated and driven by the potentials in the gaming and blockchain space.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A keen eye for detail.

• Ability to produce quality work effectively and efficiently.

• Strong work ethic.

Desirable Skills:

• Backend experience (WebSocket, REST, node.js).

• Experience with SQL/NOsql databases.

• Experience with smart contracts.

• Experience working in a Scrum environment.

• Experience with building SDK.

• Shipped game projects in Unreal Engine
