For which tasks (responsibilities)?
• Technical setup, integration, and troubleshooting of realistic effects in in house real-time Core engine.
• Work with lead artists to ensure timely completion of VFX assets at the desired quality bar.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and the Technical Art staff on VFX pipeline.
• Serve as an active participant in team art discussions, critiques, and reviews.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
• 3+ years of experience as a VFX Artist or similar position.
• Understand every aspect of video production: staging, sound, and lighting.
• Experience with real-time effects editors in any game engine (Unity, UE4, Popcorn FX, CryEngine etc.)
• Houdini, Blender, and Autodesk Maya are considered a plus.
• Excellent skills in creating and adjusting the full spectrum of textures for VFX using Photoshop, Substance
• Designer or any other 2D package.
• Good skills in modeling, UV mapping and animation in any 3D package (3Ds Max, Maya, Blender etc.)
• Passion for video games
🎮Will be a plus:
• Good knowledge of procedural modeling in Houdini
• Scripting experience
• Experience writing HLSL/GLSL shaders
• Experience with After Effects
• Upper Intermediate in English
