We are currently looking for an experienced Game Designer to develop interfaces for the game and the gaming platform.
What are you working on?
- The name of the project(s): Boss Fighters

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Core gameplay features development: shooting, movement, abilities
Working on the balance and "feel" of the core gameplay mechanics
Working on combat encounters in UE for the asymmetrical VR vs PC game
Directing the development and QA teams to create the best possible players experience, both on VR and on flat-screen devices
What kind of professional are we looking for?
At least 2 years of experience working as a Game Designer;
Worked with Unreal Engine & Level Design;
Good understanding of technical aspects of video game development;
Huge interest in VR technologies;
Will be a plus:
Portfolio of successfully released Unreal Engine projects
Experience in developing FPS or TPS multiplayer shooters

Name 3-5 games that you love and provide a couple of sentences on why you do, what design decisions you found interesting, etc.;
List any other relevant sources/media that you learn/get inspiration from.
