Job Description
The ideal candidate will support the Operations / HR Lead & Other Department Heads through sourcing, contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates.
Important: Fluent English and having a (preferably AA/AAA) game development studio or publisher experience is a must!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Research Skills and Working Knowledge of Recruiting Platforms
Experience in recruitment KPI's & OKR's
Recruiting experience with ideally a mix of candidates including artists, engineers, game designers and those within the blockchain space is desirable
Experience recruiting across multiple geographies
Corporate recruiting experience within a multi-national environment
Fluency in English is a must
A minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required
