Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Product Manager for our client, ambitious studio, mobile game developer with a successful game in the genre of puzzle games. The company is driven by a passion for innovative gameplay, they strive to deliver unique and addictive experiences.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to form a boost team that will help to significantly increase product metrics of the current project by experimenting with new features or ways of monetization

What are you working on?

• Genres: Puzzle, Word Games, Casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Formation of the boost product team from scratch;

• Constant research and development of interesting and effective features for the existing game; 

• Experiments with the product’s monetization;

• Boost the product metrics of the project multiple times;

• Working with the analyst to improve KPI, finding new ways of product growth;

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager/ Game Producer, preferably in casual, hybrid-casual or hyper-casual games;

• Successful cases of boosting f2p games;

• Business mindset;

• Ability to work in a challenging environment;

• Understanding of data-driven approach in product development;
