What this role is about:
This is a sales-driven call center position within the casino industry. We’re upfront about it — no surprises.
You’ll be speaking with users, guiding them, converting interest into action, and driving real revenue.
What matters to us:
Fluency in the local language (must-have Azerbaijani or Turkish)
Strong sales mindset and ability to handle objections
Clear, confident communication
Solid, well-structured CV / relevant experience
High energy and resilience (you’ll handle ~150 calls/day)
